If you purchase a puppy from Poodles In Utopia, you are agreeing to the following:

Puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time the new owner receives the new baby. New owner needs to pre-schedule an appointment with their veterinarian and have puppy examined within 3 days of receiving pup. If new owners vet finds an inherited problem with the puppies heart, liver, or kidneys, owner must notify seller at that time along with a report of findings from the vet. Seller has the right to have the pup checked out with her vet. If vets are in agreement, seller will replace the pup with a same valued pup as soon as one is available, or issue a full refund. 

 Buyer agrees to pay all shipping and buyer's vet fees.

We do not guarantee that our poodles are show quality or that they are potentials for breeding, therefore, ALL of our poodle puppies are sold as pet quality and sold with limited registration,unless prior arrangements have been made. If puppy is sold as a pet, proof of spay or neuter will need to be sent to seller & then registration  papers will be mailed.  We also do not guarantee the weight, height or color although we give our best estimation.

A new puppy can be stressed due to a new environment. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure your new puppy is eating, drinking, and made to feel comfortable in the new surroundings. Proper nutrition of any puppy or dog is very critical.  We recommend that you feed your new puppy "Human Grade" dog food. Our favorite's are Vet's Choice Holistic Small Bites www.vetschoice.com   & Dick Van Patten's Natural Balance Beef Rolls. The web has a lot of great information to help you in choosing the right one. We are not responsible for your puppy getting ill due to stress. If you feel or see signs of your puppy getting stressed, please call your vet right away. Some stress signs are loose stools, not eating or drinking and not wanting to move around.
